Trip planner
The trip planner asks for your travel preferences, party size, name, email and any notes you add. Your answers stay in the open page until you choose to send them. When direct submission is available, selecting “Send my enquiry” transfers your details to Mufasa, operated on Portis Cloud services, for enquiry management and notifications. A receipt confirms that the enquiry was saved, not a booking or email delivery. Alternatively, opening WhatsApp or email prepares a message for you to review and send through that service. A downloaded brief is saved to your device.
Website chat
Chat is provided through Mufasa, operated on Portis Cloud services. The chat integration loads when you visit the website. Messages and information you submit through chat are processed by that service and Kwesa to respond to your enquiry. Avoid sharing payment card details or sensitive documents through the website chat.
Links to other services
Social profiles, review sites, partner websites and map links take you to external services. Those services apply their own privacy practices. WhatsApp and your email provider process messages you choose to send through them.
Browser preferences
The website no longer uses a separate chat permission preference. The chat service may use browser storage to support conversations. The YouTube video player loads only when you choose to load the film and connects to YouTube, which may receive device and usage information. Close the video to remove the player. This version does not load advertising or analytics tags, embedded reviews or maps. See our Cookie Policy for controls.
Your information and booking arrangements
Contact info@kwesatours.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or about how enquiry and booking records are retained and shared. Kwesa can explain the arrangements relevant to your booking before you provide additional information.
