Day by day.
Day 1 - Reach Entebbe Airport in Uganda
When you arrive in Entebbe, you meet and greet with your GoExplore Safaris Guide, who will take you to your accommodation for the night. At Papyrus Guest House for the night Meal Plan for Breakfast and Bed
Day 2 - Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After eating breakfast, you will travel to Kibale Forest, home to the chimpanzees and the capital of primates, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, you will do a walking community tour of the area with Nkuruba and return to the resort for supper. Accommodations: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge;

Day 3 - Tracking and Transfer of Chimpanzees to Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast, proceed to the Kibale Forest briefing point where your guide will drop you off. Depending on your energy level, proceed to the Bigodi Swamp community tour in the afternoon. Afterward, proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive in the northern sector.

Day 4 - Boat ride around Kazinga Channel in the afternoon and game viewing
After breakfast, go for a morning drive through the bush. In the afternoon, take a boat ride down the Kanzinga Channel in the Mweya area. Return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 5 - Journey to the National Park of Bwindi Forest
On this day, you will have a free morning before we travel to the Rushaga section of the Bwindi Forest National Park in the south of the park, where we will arrive in the afternoon to visit the Batwa community. We will then return to the lodge for dinner and to get ready for the gorilla tracking experience.

Day 6 - Gorilla Tracking; Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
You will head to the park headquarters with your packed lunch after breakfast in the morning. When going gorilla tracking, you will encounter rangers who will give you an overview of the dos and don'ts. After that, you and your ranger will begin the gorilla tracking activity by following the gorilla trails. Once you've arrived at the gorillas, you'll have the best time documenting these life-changing experiences with photos and films.

Day 7 - Return to Entebbe via Road, Air, or Flight Using the COVID-19 Travel advice
We would suggest that you go back to Entebbe so that you have enough time to take the Test & go test in Kampala (https://testandfly.co.ug/) and spend the night in Entebbe the day after you find out your results. At Papyrus Guest House for the night

Day 8 - Take a Flight Home
Your amazing safari in Uganda will come to an end when your guide drives you to the airport for your trip home.
This is a suggested route. Your written proposal confirms the final schedule, stays and arrangements. On mountain trips, ask us to confirm arrival and departure nights separately from trekking days.
